The Talent Acquisition Consultant is a pivotal role in the continuation of growth for the team. This role is about building new relationships, nurturing current relationships, and ensuring that the culture of "Work Hard, Play Hard" stays consistent. We have found that top talent comes from both within the industry and outside and that we have the support, training, and systems to help all agents learn more, do more, make a bigger impact, and to have more fun doing it.
The ideal candidate is someone who LOVES to connect with people, is influential, and is committed to increasing the size and scope of business we do by identifying and hiring the right people. Prior real estate experience is not needed but is a plus. Sales experience is preferred, and the ability to recognize talent and work as a part of a team is absolutely required. Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly bonuses based on recruits and their production - A full benefits package and 401K plan are included.
