We are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Manager to help us grow our agent “family” in both Utah and Nevada. A Talent Acquisition Manager is the first representative from our team, which a prospective agent will meet. You will share our story, opportunity, and detailed value proposition with potential agent-partners.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter… who cares about people, and genuinely wants to see them grow both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, human resources, and/or sales. Real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
