The Training and Systems Administration department is responsible for the training, maintenance, configuration and stable operations of our Agency Management System used by We Insure's corporate staff, service and sales teams, and agency owners. We create content, deliver training, troubleshoot all errors, handle all Help Desk inquiries, ensure proper configuration settings, assist in onboarding new employees or agency owners, work with data integrity projects and make sure the system is running smoothly day-to-day.
