The Training and Systems Administration department is responsible for the training, maintenance, configuration and stable operations of our Agency Management System used by We Insure's corporate staff, service and sales teams, and agency owners. We create content, deliver training, troubleshoot all errors, handle all Help Desk inquiries, ensure proper configuration settings, assist in onboarding new employees or agency owners, work with data integrity projects and make sure the system is running smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities

  • Teach new agents the Applied Systems Epic product
  • Create content and record how-to videos
  • Build and run reports
  • Make configuration adjustments
  • Set up new users
  • Handle Tier 1, 2 and 3 Help Desk inquiries via email and phone
  • Partnering with our Agency Development, Agency Services and Agency Support teams to assist and guide our corporate users, agents and producers in successfully navigating through our agency management system
  • Learning and managing other software programs used within the agency as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have operations, configuration and help desk experience in Applied Systems Epic
  • Experience in teaching or training on-site and/or remotely
  • Exceptional communication, listening and teaming skills
  • Time management, ability to self-manage, take initiative, multitask
  • Critical thinking and abstract reasoning ability
  • Must have high attention to detail and demonstration of quality control
  • Must have proven reliability and dependability
  • Experience working in Word, Excel, and SharePoint

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,00 year
