• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, modifications, document templates including coding both WORD and PDF documents, of our Case Management Software, Smart Advocate.
• Optimize the usage of the case management software system.
• Be the liaison between software issues that happen internally to the software company to fix any system issues.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
• SQL Experience
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software and networking protocols
• Experience with scripting and automation tools
