Innovative Health and Fitness is looking for enthusiastic swim instructors and lifeguards to join our growing team! Innovative Health and Fitness is a privately owned health club in Franklin, WI. With 7,500 current members and new ones joining daily, this has created more opportunity than our current instructors have availability for. We provide private and group lessons for both children and adults to help develop their skills in the water. If you love to swim and help others build their confidence in the water, then this is the job for you!
- Your primary role will be to teach people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water.
- Ability to provide a safe environment for children and adults to learn.
- To plan and deliver lessons ensuring adherence to the scheme of work and lesson plans.
- Correct faults in swimming techniques and identify ways to improve performance.
- Evaluate each student’s performance during swim sessions and provide feedback
- Complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all swimming aids and equipment are in good working order.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification
