Looking for a self-motivated, high-energy person with excellent people and problem-solving skills. Graphic design/video editing experience is preferred. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required...

  • Manage marketing campaign to recruit new associates to the brokerage
  • Oversee onboarding process of new associates to the brokerage
  • Teach new associates how to use broker’s technology platform
  • Create and schedule all communications from broker to associates
  • Input new listings, showing instructions, disclosures, etc. in the MLS
  • Create and publish social media posts for new listings and open houses
  • Create flyers and postcards for new listings and open houses
  • Deposit and process earnest money deposits and commission checks
  • Review and approve listing, pending, and closed files
  • Design schedule monthly social media posts
  • Monitor all comments and reviews on social media
  • Update and edit broker and agent websites
  • Answer phone calls, monitor email, manage calendar, and process mail
  • Assist associates with day to day questions and problem solving

  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
$18 - $25 hourly
