The Superintendent works closely with the Project Management team to turn a project’s scope into an effectively planned worksite. The Superintendents oversee labor planning and subcontractor scheduling within the defined budgets and timeline for the project.

This position involves both office time and site visits to effectively enact a project. This position will provide on-site supervision and training to the crew. A successful candidate is organized and able to coordinate materials and labor within the pre-defined limits of a project. The Superintendent is also responsible for overseeing safety and workmanship quality. They will communicate issues to the Project Managers as they arise.

• Inspecting new projects prior to work starting and reviewing project scope for alterations or corrections as needed.
• Labor Scheduling, job site safety, and quality management.
• Providing on-site coordination for materials and labor as directed by the Project Manager.
• Collecting bids and hiring subcontractors as directed.
• Ordering specialty materials as directed by the Project Manager and staging them for the crew.
• Providing daily updates and progress photos into the job file for the Project Manager.
• Communicating issues that arise on a project to the Project Manager and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Continuing to develop and manage crew culture and holding the crew to the company’s best practices and policies.
• Interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary counseling for the crew.

• MUST have construction or restoration experience
• MUST have extraordinary organizational and communication skills
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Vaccination for COVID-19 is required.
