We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. • Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
• Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
• After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations
• Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols
• Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
