• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership returns
• Prepare or review financials/client documents and data
• Update client accounting records using technology
• Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements
• Complete bookkeeping duties
• Work with clients to solve their problems and build relationships
• Tax planning collaboration with the accounting team
• Manage client payroll
• Help clients understand their financial position on personal and business levels to grow their financial health and wealth

• 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
