We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented candidate with the ambition to grow with our company and help take us to the next level! The sales consultant will be responsible for executing sales campaign initiatives to pursue new business partnerships with identified and qualified prospects. 

Candidates should be organized, highly motivated, and able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business partners and prospects
  • Develop a list of qualified leads and pipeline through prospecting and networking
  • Outreach through email, phone, and scheduled appointments
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations in person and via MEET
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly goals
  • Have a strong understanding of the industry and business
  • Develop a systematic approach to follow up on prospects
  • Conduct professional, high-level conversations with senior executives, etc

Qualifications

  • Service Sales - Prior experience selling B2B professional services
  • Customer service
  • Understanding of both Sandler (Pain based) and Challenger methodologies
  • Possess a high level of organizational skills
  • Self-Motivated to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • CRM and G Suite experience is a plus 
  • Franchise sales experience is a plus

Compensation
$60,000 - $85,000 yearly (base + commission)
