Are you a dynamic, organized, and highly motivated Corporate Paralegal? Join our Legal and Compliance team in this newly created role! Our Senior Paralegal reports to Reali’s Chief Legal Officer and provides Board level support in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Our ideal person is a high performer and expert who maintains the highest levels of respect, confidentiality, and professionalism, and will be in the office two days per week.


  • Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements under the supervision of attorneys, including consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, talent agreements, vendor agreements, software license agreements, and event agreements.
  • Manage contracts lifecycle management tools and database.
  • Corporate and compliance support which includes preparation of corporate filings, registrations, subsidiary management; maintain corporate minute files, and legal entities’ databases.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal business teams and third parties to gather and synthesize information for agreements.
  • Manage ad hoc and special project work.
  • Support Legal and Compliance team of attorneys and managers to identify, prioritize and help implement practical solutions to improve efficiencies.
  • Outside counsel management processes include ensuring we have clear communications about budgets and a streamlined process for approval of invoices.
  • Support litigation, investigation, and other document collection, hold and production efforts, working with teams across the company, as well as reviewing documents and transmitting information to outside counsel with minimal guidance.
  • Legal research and preparation of agreements, including coordinating approvals and signatures of documents.
  • Working closely with Finance, People Team, and other functions to provide corporate data for auditors, RFPs, and other third-party requests.
  • Managing, organizing and filing key documents.
  • Managing various Department software and subscriptions, and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Help support M&A/general corporate activities (e.g., due diligence, project management)
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as may be required.


  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
  • 7-10 years hands-on experience as a senior corporate paralegal with in house experience, ideally at both a pre-IPO and public company 
  • Experience with Board meetings, communicating with directors and executives, and preparing board materials and minutes
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while successfully owning, driving and tracking multiple projects to completion in a timely manner
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and document retention processes
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

$100,000 - $130,000 yearly
