Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations (Real Estate)

Reali (Real Estate) is looking for a strategic, results oriented Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, this person will partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of Reali’s Real Estate business. The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to identify and develop strategic projects that enable the business to execute its highest priority initiatives
  • Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of trends, opportunities, and shape recommendation while supporting decision making
  • Analyze Reali’s funnel, track key marketing and sales metrics, identify key value drivers, such as conversion levers, and lead execution of initiatives to pull identified drivers
  • Build quarterly sales projection, headcount planning, set sales goals and target in partnership with leadership
  • Partner with sales leadership to define compensation, incentives, rewards
  • Identify, plan, and lead implementation of initiatives that align with company priorities
  • Identify needs and partner with the Business Systems team to manage systems enhancements through design, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain scalability and growth of various operational processes through automation
  • Improve sales process though operational and systems optimization
  • Manage constant change while maintaining strong business alignment, ensuring strong user engagement

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of work experience in a related role (or a mixed of related roles); e.g. top tier management consulting, investment banking, sales strategy or sales operations in B2B or B2C, business operations in a technology company
  • Advanced Excel experience and knowledge including Analysis, Modeling, Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, index match, and text functions)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through programs or projects, while managing expectations and deliverables at the sr. management level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills with the ability to distill complex insights and strategies into actionable recommendations
  • High-energy team player: Motivated to put down good work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

Nice to Haves

  • Visualization (Looker and/or Tableau) and SQL skills; experience writing queries
  • Familiarity with residential real estate transactions
  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and MarTech stack (Segment, Customer.IO, etc.)
