They will select, evaluate and manage vendor partnerships; and further utilize these relationships along with data analytics to solve problems and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have supervisory, leadership, and management experience.

• Category research and development
• Management of Sourcing Specialists
• Reviewing recommendations for accuracy and compliance with internal requirements

• BS/BA/Masters Degree in Business or Equivalent
• 5-7 years of Sourcing and Management experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration
• Well developed project management skills
• Well developed leadership and management skills
• Analytical skillset
• Microsoft Office Experience
