The Solar Industry is growing rapidly around the world. The Midwest, specifically, will experience incredible growth in the next decade. This is due to the lack of residential Solar currently here and the fact that most people don’t know the benefits of owning your power source.

My name is Kyle. I lead the sales team for this region at G3 Solar. I personally review every application and do not use an ATS filter to disqualify any candidates before I get a chance to review them. We currently have a very cohesive and supportive group of sales reps who are consistently the top performers in the company. We are looking for people who are dedicated to becoming the best version of themselves, being a part of a team, and contributing to a culture of high performance.

About the role:

Our job is to educate residential homeowners about solar and help them move forward during an in home consultation.

We provide you with leads once you demonstrate you can execute our sales process. This generally takes 1-2 weeks depending on your level of commitment. As long as you handle leads properly and close them at a high level, you will automatically have appointments put on your calendar.

We also self-generate sales. These come from referrals, door-knocking, your own social media marketing, etc. You are paid 2x on self-generated sales.

We promote from within and are growing rapidly. We are very serious about ongoing training and professional growth. My vision is to grow and promote leaders to open their own offices and lead their own teams. I am very selective in the hiring process due to the opportunities that this job provides, along with the ability to earn multiple six figures in your first year. You will have a week of intensive training and ongoing training every week. You will be able to shadow and watch some of the best reps in the industry. The ability to learn from some of the best in the industry is a huge benefit of this opportunity.
