A hard-working quick learner who is unafraid of heights, great with their hands, and able to work safely and efficiently using all required PPE. We are a company building success from within by helping our team grow as individuals. You would grow with the company and start off at $15 - $16/hour. Part-time to start moving quickly into full-time after completing training and proving your spot on the team.

• Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules
• May perform minor electrical work such as current checks

• A team player, with the ability to effectively communicate with others
• Able to read drawings and apply NEC code requirements
• Able to travel and be away from home overnight during the week, as needed
• Excited about solar energy and its future
• Experience in Solar Installation
• A valid driver’s license, with a good or clean driving record
• OSHA 10, First Aid CPR training and certification, or willingness to obtain
• An associate’s degree or certificate from a trade school, or equivalent experience
