A Solar Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s sales appointment schedule. This includes ensuring all the customer's appointment information is accurate and up to date for the scheduled appointment time.

  • Setting the groundwork for a Sales Representative to meet with an interested homeowner
  • Making calls to confirm the homeowner’s interest & scheduled appointment is still accurate
  • Obtain customer Electric Bills to make the sales appointment most efficient
  • Helping communicate with outside sales/marketing teams to track and help move along leads to appointments set, appointments sat, sales, and customer ready for build team. Very important to be organized as this role is in charge of knowing the pulse on top of the funnel and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to help our team improve efficiency and keep CPA (Cost per Acquisition) low to ensure the best price for our customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling referrals and leads generated online
  • Confirm appointments through outbound calls
  • Handle inbound lead flow, follow-ups, and e-mail outreach
  • Route qualified leads to the Outside Sales team
  • Collaborate regularly with Outside Sales, the Fulfillment team, and Operations
  • Must learn to understand customer needs quickly, must be very coachable, willing to implement proven word tracks and strategies, and willing to help find solutions while supporting the customer's needs
  • Maintaining customer information, notes, database and regularly updating CRM by regularly communicating with outside sales teams and customers. (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Slack, Automate, CRM, Excel, Zappier, etc.)
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Ensure team and call center performance goals are met while sustaining call center quality
  • Provide clear, consistent, timely communications
  • Helping communicate or update Customers that have sat and closed on where their job is in the process whenever our Solar Project Coordinator is out of the office or needs assistance

Qualifications

  • Experience working in customer service and a proven track record of first in class customer experience is a plus
  • Experience with PC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and math skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employees
  • Able to work onsite (not a remote position)
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Experience in solar is preferred
  • Works well in a team environment

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
