We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our software development team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Excellent communication with management, team leads, and developers is a MUST!
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure success
- Communicate project status and updates to development team through project boards and meetings
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role (Software development industry a plus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency and excellent knowledge of project management software
- Relevant Certifications or recognition are a plus
