We’re seeking a positive, personable software customer success representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. You will be working directly with clients to help them achieve results with our software.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with users via chats, emails, and phones
  • Helping customers setup software software integrations
  • Troubleshooting bugs or issues that come up
  • Testing new releases
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and awareness of features
  • Update customers on status of their feedback and bug reports as bugs are squashed
  • Generate release notes and knowledgebase articles


Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • A warm, engaging personality
  • Strong customer success skills
  • A genuine interest in making sure that the customer is taken care of
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Very Tech Savvy 
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues by asking good questions
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Experience in the real estate investing industry is a big plus but not required
