The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for advancing the Faith Wilson Group's profiles, connectivity, marketing, visibility and customer experience through online marketing platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and the use of social media channels as well as to bring a high degree of creativity to our existing methods. This position requires interaction with the marketing, brokerage ownership, listings management, customer service, sales and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, blogs, campaigns and other communications accurately reflect our brand, opportunities, activities and our promotions on route to achieving our overall goals while integrating in the big picture with our other marketing.
Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising and brand stewardship. Familiarity with the latest concepts, advances, practices, and procedures within the role and potential impact of online platforms for optimal impact with respects to generation of sales opportunities and enhancing brand strength are critical, Knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. A demonstrated degree of creativity and strategic thinking is required.
In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking results and split testing of campaigns along with maintaining related databases; and preparing related reports.
This position will include "how to" presentations to real estate agents in order for them to strengthen their own profiles while leading our stakeholders to offer up quality content, create content delivery plans, and maintain consistent, brand-appropriate content.
This is a permanent, part time contract position to cover a maternity leave of 12 to 18 months. Position is available immediately. Volume and structure of hours to be discussed face to face ... Initial thoughts are 15 to 20 hours a week. Compensation in direct relation to relevant experience.
