We're Hiring a Bi-lingual (English/French) Social Media and Online Marketing Assistant (part-time to start). If you'd be passionate about helping families get into homeownership, and you're an online marketing whiz who thrives in a small team environment, then this opportunity may be perfect for you! Clover Properties is a family-owned and operated business. Since 2009 we have helped Ontario families get into homeownership through our unique rent-to-own program. We are service-based innovators, leaders and entrepreneurs serving homebuyers, real estate agents, mortgage agents and investor clients. As we grow, we want to add a marketing maven (bi-lingual in French and English) to our amazing team. You will play a big part in a small, dynamic team.

Are you a Marketing Maven?

We want an outgoing, easy-going professional who can get things done quickly and efficiently. This position is part-time to start with the opportunity to go to full-time within 6 months. While we do have an office, you must be set up to be productive from home. Your hours can be flexible (M-F between 9am and 5pm). Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Our business is fast-paced and requires you to be flexible, organized, creative, with strong attention to detail. You must be very proficient using Microsoft office, Gsuite and Zoom. We need an excellent communicator in French and English (verbal and written) and you must be very comfortable and experienced working in an online setting.

Responsibilities

This includes:

  • live events
  • email campaigns
  • social media posts
  • video content and ads

Qualifications

What the right person brings to our team:

  • Results-focused implementor with marketing experience (online and offline)
  • Able to take initiative, work alone and as part of a team to achieve results
  • Experience or interest in residential real estate
  • Capable of enhancing and growing the company’s brand
  • Ability to spot emerging trends in our industry to adapt our campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail and design
  • Exceptional communicator with strong writing and copy editing capabilities
  • Creative eye for design and ability to develop marketing materials and content (including crafting headlines, email copy, social media posts, web-page content, landing page design/content, slides, video editing direction)
  • Skills to monitor active marketing campaigns and projects, report on key metrics to recommend improvements
  • Some experience with online marketing tools, including ClickFunnels, InfusionSoft, Pipedrive, GoToWebinar, Zoom, iMovie, Canva (Wordpress a bonus)
  • Able to quickly pivot and learn new online platforms, apps or tools to improve efficiency
  • Quick learner, able to troubleshoot and “figure things out” and solve problems
  • Willing to lend a hand in every area of the business to get things done

Clover Properties is a family run business that has been helping people get on the path to homeownership through our Rethink Renting rent to own program since 2009. Over that time we have counseled well over 3000 people. We have currently have helped 365 families get on the path to homeownership. Our flexible program is designed specifically for each family that has been turned down for a traditional mortgage. Reasons for being turned down include not having enough downpayment, carrying high levels of debt, or have damaged their credit through past mistakes. Nothing cookie-cutter about the way we do what we do.
