Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

We are a creative team always turning to the latest and greatest in technology! This is a two pronged position. 

1) We love using social media but we need some help with content creation, design and distribution management. Seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and stories on FB and IG. A general awareness of Canva and Adobe Creative suites is essential. 

You'll own this part of my real estate business. Being able to take our social media presence and expanding our reach with dynamic content. 

2) Marketing- Design and implement a marketing strategy based on the overall goals of the team. This includes designing print media, finding vendors of video and photography and using the internal Marketing Department at the firm to collaborate on ideas. 


SOCIAL MEDIA: Ensure proper set-up on all platforms listed above. Design and implement social media strategy across all platforms: 

  • Create content; Including writing, photography, and general design.
  • Manage design; work with outside vendors to design content. Understand key words, phrases, hashtags that will attract the most leads. 
  • Manage distribution; manage the calendar and release dates/times of all content.
  • Track followers and increase viewership across all platforms. 


  • Manage the marketing calendar and track the progress/leads. 
  • Manage the design of all materials including print, web, and video.
  • Handwriting should be neat, as we do a lot of hand written cards (and if too overwhelming we can outsource!)


  • 1-2 years of content creation on social media platforms.
  • Canva and Adobe Creative.
  • Familiarity with marketing small brands, ideally solo-preneurs (real estate is a plus!).
  • Familiar with camera and video and be able to use a camera!   
  • Good communication and organization is a must! 
  • The ability to work alone and in the office.
