We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website
  • Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development and tracking analytics
  • Create fresh concise Facebook ads
  • Thinks outside the box when delivering social media content
  • Oversee all aspects of direct mail, including database management and mail composition
  • Create, edit, and publish a monthly newsletter
  • Be an effective steward of company dollars
Qualifications
  • Marketing and Real Estate experience preferred
  • Excellent marketing and sales skills
  • Experience in social media management and content writing
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Proven success developing marketing concepts
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
$15 - $19/hr + Bonuses
