Hello! We're looking for a SINGLE FAMILY property manager with SINGLE FAMILY property management experience and a current Texas real estate license.

Our company is small-medium in the single-family home space, but we're extremely well-established with decades of experience and an A+ BBB rating.

You will have plenty of flexibility in your hours (it's not a 9-5), but it is full time so expect to work hard. If you currently buy/sell real estate, (or if you want to buy/sell), you may do that to earn additional real estate commissions on top of your pay. Our other property managers do.

We pay Base Pay + Leasing Bonus + Extra Pay for # of Properties Managed + Performance Bonus + Time In Service Bonus + Commissions. Expect to make $53,000 - $75,000 the first year.
