This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential property portfolios of single-family homes. This position is responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable. Strong logic, common sense and attention to detail are needed. (If you have that we can teach you.)
You will assist the Senior Manager, understand all aspects of the tenant/owner life cycle, assist as needed, maintain and enhance customer relationships as well as meet organizational and operational objectives.
