The Showing Agent will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They will have strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. They have a compelling desire to support the Buyer’s Agents in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
- Create / Convert / Close
- 20 approved buyers working at all times
- 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers
- Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer
- Daily 7am accountability call
- 5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing
- 3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up
- Monday Sales meeting / Tuesday Team meeting
- Master scripts
- Have reliable transportation
- An upbeat attitude and willingness to work hard to help clients achieve their goals.
- Track record of success in customer service field
- Personable attitude with superior customer service skills.
- NC/SC Real Estate License
- Report daily activities
- Maintain CRM
- Expert on market and inventory
- Contribute to HPREA mission/vision by meeting your personal goals

$45,000-$70,000+ (Base salary plus commission)
