Salary: Qualified candidate can expect to earn $60,000 - $100,000+ in their first year, depending on experience
Benefits: Paid time and sick pay, and after 1.5 years, the opportunity for 401k contributions

Our ideal candidate has prior sales and service-oriented experience. You have a track record of success in everything you do. You are highly motivated, intelligent, and ambitious, and you have a passion for the Real Estate Industry—a true passion for learning about properties and clients; studying the San Francisco market—this is your jam! You have a large bandwidth—heavy workloads and competing demands on your time don’t phase you.
Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required. An active CA real estate license is required or you must be willing to obtain your license shortly after hire.
Key Software Proficiency
Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA and be a local resident with significant longevity residing in the area. You have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
