We are looking for a talented Showing Assistant to help Buyers find their dream homes in San Francisco. This is a rare opportunity to have some income stability while building skills in real estate sales.

We have built a tight-knit team who believes that providing exceptional strategic advice and seamless customer response are paramount.

The Details: 

Salary: Qualified candidate can expect to earn $60,000 - $100,000+ in their first year, depending on experience

Benefits: Paid time and sick pay, and after 1.5 years, the opportunity for 401k contributions

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week, the schedule will vary (flexibility on evenings and weekends is required)

Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Lead Agent and the team by coordinating and attending showings and systematically communicating results/feedback back to the team. Our ideal candidate is service-oriented and mindful of putting the client’s needs in the forefront. Follow-up and follow-through are of the utmost importance! Learning about and becoming a student of the San Francisco inventory excites you. Showing properties and building life-long relationships with clients lights your heart on fire. 

  • Show buyers homes; prepare lists of properties; become an expert on the San Francisco real estate market.
  • Prep for showings and tours (navigate and map area for an efficient tour schedule).
  • Build rapport with clients, ask clarifying questions and seek to understand your buyers’ needs.
  • Help clients narrow focus and discern which properties meet their needs and budget.
  • Close communication loop with Lead Agent so the Lead Agent (and the clients) feel like the Lead Agent was there.
  • Practice and utilize scripts/dialogues for client communication.
  • Lead generation and referral follow-up (leads that come in from referrals, your sphere, online or listings).
  • Provide property updates to Lead Agent and email disclosures; clear communication required. 
  • Database management and organize buyer and seller folders.
  • Provide world-class, concierge-level of customer service.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has prior sales and service-oriented experience. You have a track record of success in everything you do. You are highly motivated, intelligent, and ambitious, and you have a passion for the Real Estate Industry—a true passion for learning about properties and clients; studying the San Francisco market—this is your jam! You have a large bandwidth—heavy workloads and competing demands on your time don’t phase you. 

Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required. An active CA real estate license is required or you must be willing to obtain your license shortly after hire.

  • You are able to juggle multiple clients, projects and shifting schedules efficiently. 
  • You anticipate needs and do whatever it takes to get the job done. 
  • You are a self-starter and eager to learn new things within a team environment. 
  • You can work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. 
  • You have superior communication skills, both verbal and written with exceptional etiquette and finesse. 
  • You have a fun and magnetic personality with the ability to work with different personality types and you enjoy building long-lasting, quality business relationships while interacting with high-level Clients.
  • You enjoy contributing to a team environment with the ability to collaborate in a proactive style to assist all team members. 
  • You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity. 

Key Software Proficiency 

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • CRM Programs experience preferred.
  • Dropbox.

Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA and be a local resident with significant longevity residing in the area. You have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

$60,000 - $100,000+ first year, depending on experience
