We are looking for soon-to-be, brand new or already licensed Real Estate Agents who want to be part of something bigger, a network of Agents within an incredible company, building incredible teams and living lives worth living.

Hours vary in this position and will include nights and/or weekends.

Income is commission based only.

• Assist the lead Agent by showing homes to buyer clients
• Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
• Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
• Help buyers narrow down their options and make educated decisions about the largest investment of their lives
• Work cooperatively in a team environment

• Enthusiastic personality with excellent people skills
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your own vehicle
• Ability to analyze clients’ wants and needs and match them to homes that may be a good fit
• Real Estate License (Required for the position but not to apply, we can help you with the process of getting licensed!)
