Non-hustlers need not apply. This position supports our Leasing Team by showing our managed properties across central Philadelphia to potential tenants. Candidates should be licensed real estate agents, on their way to obtaining their license, or have some prior experience in the real estate industry. We need someone who is a customer service rock star with a proven track record in a sales environment. Lastly, we’re looking for candidates who are as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and share our culture of authenticity.

Please note this is a full-time position that requires in-person work. The work schedule we’re seeking for this position is a Saturday through Wednesday position, with days off being Thursday & Friday.

This position offers a salary of $50,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.

• Field phone calls from prospective tenants and schedule showing appointments as needed
• Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the apartments and homes that interest them
• Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening process, and policies regarding rentals
• Explain leases and all appropriate paperwork to new residents
• Follow up with prospective renters
• Walk apartments and report all necessary improvements
• Maintain great relationships with current and prospective residents, and provide personalized service

• Real Estate Industry experience: 2 years
• Sales Experience: 2 years
• Strong knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Real Estate license preferred
• Must maintain a neat and professional image and demeanor
• Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible and service-oriented
• Are energized by interacting with and helping people
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized. 
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
