Love the idea of showing prospective home buyers houses? Our ideal candidate will be learning-based, hungry to help others on their homeownership journey, and always do their best in life and work. To succeed in this position you will, at minimum, have a fundamental working knowledge of various technologies (IE - email, Google Suite, social media platforms). The ideal candidate will be available after business hours and on weekends. This position is part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position or transition into a full sales associate.

  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile for transporting yourself to showings regularly
  • Modern smartphone with the ability to access multiple platforms on the go
  • At a minimum, high school diploma or GED

$24,000 - $30,000 yearly
