We are adding a real estate showing specialist to our team. The ideal candidate will have a learning-based mindset, be hungry to help others on their home ownership journey, and always do their best in life and work. To succeed in this position you will, at minimum, have a fundamental working knowledge of various technologies (IE - email, Google Suite, social media platforms). The ideal candidate will be available after business hours and on weekends. This position is part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position or transition into a full sales associate.

  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service

  • Regular communication with buyer clients to schedule showings, inspections, and walk throughs.
  • Manage showings including soliciting feedback from buyers at the end of each property and submitting feedback to listing agents.
  • Manage MLS searches on behalf of buyer clients. Update searches as necessary.
  • Attend buyer consultations with new buyer clients.
  • Communicating with sales agents when buyers are ready to write an offer.

  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile for transporting yourself to showings regularly.
  • Modern smart phone with ability to access multiple platforms on the go.
  • At minimum, high school diploma or GED.

$24,000 - $30,000 yearly
