The Showing Agent will be an overachieving individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people and is optimistic and outgoing. This is an excellent position for someone interested in developing into a Buyer Specialist.

The Showing Agent will assist to find and show homes that meet client's needs. As clients explore homes, the Showing Agent will work with them to confirm or refine criteria and show additional homes as needed.

  • Assist lead agent in identifying homes to show that meet buyers’ criteria
  • Schedule showings of home with clients, listing agents and/or sellers
  • Show homes to buyers, provide pricing and market information
  • Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Educate clients about the home buying process
  • Provide necessary updates and communication to the lead agent and team
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients
  • "Always Be Consulting" by providing any contacts with your very best service and advice

This position has hours that vary with our client's schedules and needs and can work well as a part-time position as you transition into Real Estate full-time.

  • Current Real Estate License (or currently in process of obtaining one)
  • Available for team collaborating and completing goal strategies
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport
  • Show good organizational and time management skills


Offering hourly or commission based pay.

  • Current Real Estate License (or currently in process of obtaining one)
  • A cover letter introducing yourself and why you would be a great fit for this position, including real estate license info
  • Current and complete resume
  • DISC profile (instructions will be included in the application process)
$40,000+ at plan commission (hourly may be possible)
