This hybrid position is meant for a versatile candidate who currently holds, or will soon hold, their Illinois Real Estate Broker license. We are looking for an energetic person who's main position will be as an Executive Assistant, but can also host open houses, follow up with existing clients, lead generate, and coordinate ALL social media marketing. 

Being comfortable on the phone is a huge plus! Candidate must be open to training and learning/implementing systems. Coaching and accountability provided!

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Host open houses
  • Follow up with current lead database
  • Manage social media accounts for lead generation purposes
  • Coordinate ALL marketing
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
  • Oversee all contracts through closing 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
  • General interest in real estate
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain (We can help you get one!)
  • Marketing experience preferred, but not required

Compensation
$25,000 + bonus
