We are seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join the growing team. This is a full-time position, 8 am-4:30 pm with benefits. The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for handling all shipping functions including picking, pulling, and preparing palletized products for shipment. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to operate a forklift, be knowledgeable about computer functions, have excellent customer service skills, and be attentive to detail.

• Handle all shipping functions including picking, pulling, and preparing palletized product
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare a spreadsheet for submission of order processing
• Pull samples for shipment/maintain updated quantity on samples inventory spreadsheet
• Fill in as shipping manager to coordinate outgoing shipments as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Ability to operate a forklift and to stand for long periods of time
