We're searching for an energetic person with excellent communication and customer service skills to be our next restaurant shift manager. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which will entail greeting and serving clients, supervising the crew and restaurant operations. As a shift manager, you'll be responsible for scheduling employees, delegating work to restaurant employees, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety rules are followed. You'll bring strong organizational and team-building abilities, as well as past food-service expertise. If this describes you, please apply immediately!

  • Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
  • Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully
  • Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
  • Instruct the staff on safety procedures, customer service best practices, and restaurant cleanliness requirements
  • Assume the responsibilities of employees who are unable to perform their shifts
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is required
  • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew

  • Ability to communicate in English is required, Spanish would be helpful

$14 - $17 hourly
