We are looking for a high-energy, fun-filled shift leader to lead our team and provide our guests with an over-the-top experience in our facility. You will lead the team each shift, ensure team members comply with high standards, deliver guest experience, and maintain labor hours to meet the budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing a younger staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply.

• Monitor all the daily operations of each department, including the cleanliness of the facility, team members are assigned to locations, and closing out a cash drawer at the end of shift
• Lead, hire, and train staff to adhere to our high standards of customer satisfaction
• Document opening and closing procedures and report any issues such as damage or maintenance requests to management
• Participate in weekly meetings, training, and development

• A High school diploma or GED is required
• At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services
• Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
