We're looking for someone who has outstanding communication and customer service skills to work alongside our staff as the shift manager. You'll be in charge of overseeing operations during your shifts, which includes staff and distributing assignments to employees. As a shift manager, you'll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and assuring compliance with all food and beverage safety rules. • Assume the responsibilities of employees who are unable to perform their shifts
• Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
• Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements

• Train staff for better compliance and productivity

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous management or supervisory experience is required

• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Previous experience in family entertainment, restaurants, or hospitality.
