Are you a motivated food service industry professional looking for a new supervisory position? You could be the ideal candidate for our next shift manager position at our quick service restaurant. This position is in charge of scheduling employees, assigning tasks to them, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our customers receive food and beverages as quickly as possible. You should have prior experience working in a fast food or quick service restaurant, as well as excellent organizational skills and some supervisory experience. Responsibilities
- Assume the responsibilities of employees who are unable to perform their shifts
- Designate various tasks to departments and individual staff, ensuring they are completed promptly and successfully so food and beverages are delivered quickly
- Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
- Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and compliance
- Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
Qualifications
- Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
- This position requires previous experience managing a staff or relevant role
- Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs in the restaurant with preference given to those with fast food or quick service experience
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
Compensation
$14 - $16 per Hour
