We have been in business for almost 60 years, opening our doors in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1959, and have been a leader in the Heavy Duty Trucking Industry providing our customers with; Truck & Trailer Service, Parts Sales, Trailer Sales, Semi-Trailer Rental, and Leasing, Commercial Truck Equipment Sales, Service, and Installation, Snow & Ice Removal Equipment, a fully equipped Hydraulic Center and a Graphic's & Sign Shop. We have Wisconsin locations in Green Bay, Appleton, and Wausau, and a Michigan location in Escanaba.

Currently, we have an opening for a Service Writer at our Green Bay location. This position is responsible for assisting customers with their service needs and assisting the service management team.

• Greet customers at the service department and answer phone calls
• Confirm and update customer info
• Check-in new vehicles and enter vehicle info on repair orders
• Complete customer follow-up phone calls
• Assist with service quotes
• Locate parts and pricing for quotes on shop jobs
• Create work orders
• Verify and enter parts on repair orders
• Schedule vehicles or parts to outside vendors
• Submit warranty claims
• Complete work order billings to fleet maintenance companies
• The track recalls on parts
• Daily yard check
• Occasional driving of company vehicle
• Follow-up on all service activities with all key stakeholders

• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Computers, Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail preferred
• Experience in the Heavy Duty Truck Industry preferred, but not required
