Essential Functions

- Handling all paperwork for Field Service and Repair Service, including quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Purchase Parts and Material Purchasing for Field and Repair Services.
- Keeps Control Inventory for Field Service and Repair Service Profit Centers.
- Works directly with the Field Service Techs.
- Data Entry including the following; Load all data, work orders, secure payments and miscellaneous items (clean up).
- Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
- Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures/processes.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
