Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  • Handling all paperwork for Field Service and Repair Service, including quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Purchase Parts and Material Purchasing for Field and Repair Services.
  • Keeps Control Inventory for Field Service and Repair Service Profit Centers.
  • Works directly with the Field Service Techs.
  • Data Entry including the following; Load all data, work orders, secure payments and miscellaneous items (clean up).
  • Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
  • Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures/processes.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

No travel is expected for this position.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Customer service experience.
  • Computer experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Customer service experience with independent sales force.
