Who We Are Looking For
Our company of hard-working, positive individuals is in need of a Full-Time Dispatcher. Our ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, be committed to excellence, and exemplify utmost professionalism, and impeccable integrity. Our Dispatcher's primary job functions are:
- Maintaining daily schedules for the service technicians, installers, and apprentices.
- Assigning install technicians and apprentices accordingly.
- Dispatching technicians to jobs.
- Coordinate client schedules with technician availability throughout the day.
- Assist technicians and managers in assigning calls to the schedule, and updating availability.
- Schedule return trips for special order jobs, multiple-day jobs, and for recalls.
- Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
- Communicate with managers, employees, and customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide accounting with pertinent billing information.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- 1 year of experience in a call center, dispatching, or project management or equivalent.
- Computer-oriented, proficient in Windows-based applications like Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with regard to spelling and grammar.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills including creative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills, detail, process-oriented and demonstrates leadership capability.
- Professional attitude, enthusiastic, high energy, and reliable.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize within set deadlines.
Pure Plumbing first opened its doors back in May 2013 as a small, family-owned plumbing business that simply wanted to do things right for our customers. This straightforward and old-school way of doing business quickly flourished, and we grew at an astronomical rate into one of the Las Vegas area’s leading plumbing companies. We are now breaking into HVAC and looking to grow our team.
