Our busy events team is seeking a Server Assistant to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to our special event guests. We need someone courteous and attentive to welcome guests, serve meals and drinks, clear plates and utensils, and meet any special orders or needs that our guests may have. You will be working closely with other servers and kitchen staff so we need a server with a team-first attitude. Must live within commuting of the restaurant and be authorized to work in the US.

• Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event
• Remove plates, replacing utensils, and keeping an eye out for spills or any special needs from guests
• Deliver and serve appetizers, main courses, condiments, desserts, and other side dishes, as well as drinks to guests
• Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed
• Review relevant food handling safety regulations to ensure that you and your team are following them

• Assist servers and bartenders with clearing, cleaning, and re-setting tables for future guests to sit.
• Performing restaurant side work such as emptying garbage, sweeping, and mopping to keep a clean environment.

• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members
