The Senior Technology SaaS Representative is a versatile salesperson with the drive and discipline to help scale the business at a small, growing SaaS firm. We are seeking candidates with industry experience, sales drive, discipline and some tech background to be able to create a multi-million dollar pipeline, command a decent base, generous commissions and make an immediate impact.

We serve a large trillion dollar market of construction, home improvement services and products with dire need for automation, streamlining and efficiency with very few purpose driven end to end solutions like our product suite ReMAP.

  • Proven SaaS product portfolio with established, satisfied base with enterprises and some mid market customers
  • Channel relationships, Anchor tenants with some of the largest home improvement retailers and building material manufacturers
  • Version of app available Salesforce AppXchange with top results when searching for keywords
  • Partnership with Financial services companies who finance home improvement projects
  • Integration with leading platforms for Financials and Data Analytics
  • Sales collateral, Pitchdecks, price books; Easy setup and on-boarding, self sign up and online tutorials
  • Marketing and sales engineering resources to help liaison with prospects in sales cycles; support resources for on-boarding
  • Frequent automatic product upgrades to be ahead in the marketplace
  • State of the art product line to help with the entire workflow of businesses in specific industries - to deal with marketing, sales, production, fulfillment operations and management analytics
  • Maintain a complete understanding of Nathan Research’s current and upcoming products and services offerings
  • Keep accurate records of all lead and prospecting activities
  • Be entrepreneurial in thinking
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, oral and written communication skills; proficiency in technology, MS Office applications, SalesForce, email, etc.
  • Developing a pipeline of prospects, ‘hunt’ for business at the Enterprise, Mid Market and Small businesses
  • Calling, meeting prospects, articulating our value proposition and closing business contracts
  • Maintaining and developing relationships for renewals and add-on business 
  • Providing feedback for product roadmap 
  • Developing process for customer upsells/cross-sells (scripts/procedure for how/when to sell) 
  • Balance local targets vs non-local targets 
  • Establish targets for small, medium, large companies (with emphasis on large), set goals, be a go-getter and achieve these goals
  • 2+ years of sales experience with enterprises and mid market 
  • Familiarity and exposure to home improvement services, construction and retail
  • Understanding of software and services sales
  • Ability to source and bring in fresh leads, demo products and solutions, close deals and assist with on-boarding new customers
  • Creative and flexible to think outside the box in conversations to create opportunities when necessary knowing our capabilities, strengths and constraints
  • Account management
  • Strong customer facing skills, demonstrated ability to communicate technical information
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities with ability to dive into details without losing the “big picture”
$150,000+ (base + commission)
