Exciting opportunity to join our Magnificent Mile Hotel as a Senior Sales Manager.

The Senior Sales Manager will work with various departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities will include:

• Generating new accounts
• Maintaining existing accounts
• Detailing meetings
• Handling guest issues
• Couch mentor and train Sales Managers

• This position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• The drive to exceed client expectations and personal sales goals is required
• Our ideal candidate will have previous hotel sales experience and good communication (verbal & written) skills
• Experience in participating in outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings, and networking is required. A bachelor's degree is a plus
• Excel and Word skills are required
• Previously worked in a management or Asst Manager role
