One of the top real estate teams in Colorado is beginning to collect interest on an upcoming opening. We are a young, energetic, fun, small (15 people) real estate team that is in business to transform lives through real estate. Our current need is for a top-producing agent seeking significant leadership opportunities. Once successful in this role, opportunities for ownership in the team, brokerage, title, ancillary businesses, etc. exists. There's no limit for someone who is committed to the team and their own success.

The Senior Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to help build a cohesive sales team of agents who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

A Senior Agent helps lead the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all agents. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

A Senior Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies
  • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets
  • Set aggressive sales goals with sales team
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Strong ability to lead a team
  • Have prior experience in sales
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with relevant software applications
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Compensation
$250,000
