The Lynn Law Firm, LLC, an established boutique estate planning law firm located in central St. Louis County is seeking a polished and professional Senior Paralegal for our growing team.

This can be a part-time or full-time position for the right candidate.

Benefits package available for full-time candidates working at least 30 hrs/week (health, dental, insurance, PTO).

• Manage case files for estate and trust administration matters, including workflow and deadline management
• Preparation and filing of Probate documents and ancillary estate administration documents
• Assist with preparation of tax filings and trust accountings
• Drafting of estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.)
• Assist with preparation for and follow-up with client meetings
• Communicate with beneficiaries and advisors (i.e. financial advisors, CPA, trust officers) in a professional and timely manner
• Other duties may be added based on candidate experience

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting (however, equivalent trust or financial institution experience may be considered)
• Must work well with systems, procedures, checklists and embrace new technologies
• Experience with practice management applications and document drafting software preferred
• Paralegal certification, advanced paralegal education, and/or a bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with the preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and Income Tax Returns (Form 1041) preferred
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
• Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and be a team player
