The Corporate Paralegal will provide support to the legal and compliance department by providing administrative support to our in-house general counsel. This includes providing data management, performing research activities, generating reports, drafting documents for counsel to review, ensuring execution of documents and providing general follow up by coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules.
