The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing tenant and manager requested work orders. Qualified applicants will possess the necessary skills and experience needed to immediately perform the service, and will be placed on a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates must be highly skilled in customer service, must maintain a high level of competency, and have an innovative mindset. Salary will depend on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to after-hour service calls and receive overtime
  • Solve tenant maintenance issues and provide customer service
  • Perform general maintenance repairs on appliances
  • Assist with rehab projects and turns
  • Perform residential plumbing repairs
  • Keep records of work completed
  • Perform residential electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Inspect properties for deferred maintenance
  • Install residential appliances/fixtures/doors/water heaters/HVAC
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) 
  • EPA/CFC Certification 
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in residential plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, turning units, and carpentry

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
