• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large

• Consult with customers so you can provide the best loan products for their financial needs
• Our technology will deliver fresh, qualified leads (exclusive to Reali) for you every day; one of our values is “ownership” and we count on you to take complete responsibility of the lead by immediately engaging with the customer. You are the face of Reali! 
• Bolster, refine, and deliver an evolving sales strategy, resulting in a minimum of 12 funded loans per month
• Deliver an honest, transparent experience for our customers combined with world class customer service 
• Deliver qualified loans to our operations team and collaborate on file escalation issues as they arise
• Be the liaison between operations and the borrower throughout the entire loan process
• Assist the product development team to solicit product feedback from borrowers
• Maintain valid, annual state by state licensing

• Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
• Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required
