Senior Litigation Attorney for Busy Multi-State Real Estate Law Firm
We're a well-established Farmington Hills real estate and finance law firm in Michigan and Ohio that has senior associate positions (2) open for legal associates in real estate, contract, and probate-related litigation. Successful candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and will have at least 5 years of litigation experience.
Familiarity with real estate and probate is important to this position.

This is a full-time position and pay is commensurate with experience ranging from $85,000 - $105,000 per year.

- Taking and defending depositions (parties, experts, etc.)
- Preparing and arguing motions for summary judgment and other types of dispositive and procedural motions in both state and federal courts
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills / Listening skills
- Previous experience with real estate transactions is helpful but not required.
- Must be comfortable working with online legal research programs, word processing and case management software.
