Youngblood Law, PLLC

Do you love helping good people through high-conflict family law situations so they can seize the life they want? Do you have a heart for comforting people who are facing the stress of divorce or a case involving their children? Maybe you are a solo lawyer who has discovered the daily grind of running a firm cuts into your time to just be an awesome lawyer and advocate for your clients. Maybe you are working for a firm that uses a cookie-cutter model for family law cases, and you know you can do more for your clients than what your firm allows. Whatever your circumstance, this may be the opportunity for you.

Our growing firm is seeking a well-qualified senior attorney who can handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent our clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have solid trial experience and be willing to mentor our newer associates. Your excellent communication and writing skills will come in handy as you thoughtfully position our clients toward favorable outcomes. Reach out to us today if this opportunity sounds ideal for you.

The ideal candidates (we are currently seeking two experienced lawyers) may come from other firms or may be solo attorneys with their own firm. Either way, we will consider bringing quality paralegals onboard as well. So, if you work with a fantastic paralegal already, you won't necessarily be abandoning your colleague.

If you are currently an associate attorney seeking professional growth or to make a name for yourself in the local legal community, we could be a great fit for you. If you are a solo lawyer who has discovered that running a law firm cuts into your time to be the awesome lawyer you want to be, let us run the firm so you can be a lawyer!

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration
  • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
  • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
Qualifications
  • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
  • Admitted to local and state bar associations
  • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
