The ideal candidates (we are currently seeking two experienced lawyers) may come from other firms or may be solo attorneys with their own firm. • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration
• Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings

• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Admitted to local and state bar associations
• Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
