Our boutique family law firm is growing and we are looking for a seasoned family law attorney who has experience in litigation as well as Collaborative Practice and/or mediation. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, custody, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Compensation: $84,500+ at plan, commission. Benefits include generous paid time off, comprehensive health insurance (including vision and dental), CLE and professional development as well as bar registration fees paid by the firm.
